Lisa’s Dance Spot is selling advertisements
for our 1st Annual Dance Recital Program Book!

Advertisements available are as follows:

1) Full Page Ad $90.00 (includes vertical photo + 2 lines of text OR 4 lines of text only)

2) Half Page Ad $55.00 (includes horizontal photo + 1 line of text OR 2 lines of text only)

3) Supporter listing - $10.00
We are not taking Business Advertisements this year for the program but a business name can be mentioned in the ad text or as a supporter. (No business logos or photos.)

Please see attached pages for samples of advertisements.

Ads/Supporter Listings, Photos and Money are due by April 2, 2010 (before Spring Break Vacation). We will not accept advertisements after this date. This will allow us adequate time to have the programs ready for the recital.

Please open the attached program form, and complete a separate form for each advertisement and supporter listing.  This will assist us in keeping the information organized.

Payment Information:

We encourage you to pay for your ads online via paypal.   Scroll down and click the paypal link.   You may email your completed form and photo to rochellejones@bellsouth.net if you wish.

Prizes for our Top 3 Advertisement Sellers will be awarded at the recital in June:
#1 advertisement seller will receive 1 Class for 1 Year Free, 2 weeks free at LDS Summer Camp 2010, a trophy, be crowned Mr. or Miss LDS 2010, a $50 gift card, and represent LDS as the LDS King or Queen at special events.

#2 advertisement seller will receive 1 Class for 6 Months Free, a trophy, be crowned a Prince or Princess LDS 2010, a $25 gift card, and represent LDS at special events.

#3 advertisement seller will receive 1 Class for 3 Months Free, a trophy, be crowned a Prince or Princess LDS 2010, a $10 gift card, and represent LDS at special events.
